Even when he stepped away, the company started to fail, but he came back, and the company took off again. The book is really fun to read, and is insightful on the journey of growing the company. It is a great story, but there is also a lot of practical advice. You have to root your organization in values and principles because if you have to think through every choice, you are killing valuable time. I liked the chapters on growing large, and feeling small. I liked the people focused dynamics. A lot of the topics translate into the church world well. If you are looking for a light read, this is a good book, and will make you think about your church culture too.

There weren't any reviews for this book, so I decided to take a chance.I'm a fan of the Follow Me To instagram account, and personally find the pictures beautiful and inspiring. I expected to see many of the same pictures, but was expecting to perhaps see some new ones that weren't posted publicly, as well as to get more background on the pictures, the situations, and the photographer (and muse) themselves. Most of all, I wanted the photographs in a tangible form to pull out, look at, and be inspired anytime I wanted.On the last account I'm not disappointed, the book is large and the pictures are the focus inside (one square page is a whole picture, and a whole page of "information" is next to it). I have read criticisms of the photographs themselves online, that they are not high-quality, blurry, over-saturated, etc, and seeing them larger than on an iphone you do tend to notice their faults more. Almost every picture inside the book is available on their instagram account and the information about the photos is sparse (I'm talking "This is ____, it was beautiful here. We were moved." being the essential template). I really wish more information was given, possibly a paragraph or two (when it was taken, about the trip, other things about the place, costume choice, etc) instead of the tweet-length blurb provided.All of that being said, I really do like the book. It's inspires me to travel and see the world, and that's exactly why I bought it. If they came out with another one would I buy it? Absolutely. At the end of the day its the concept and the pictures which are the most striking and important!

I was excited for this book, but ended up disappointed with the selection chosen to be included. There's very little variety compared to how many places they've actually been and photos they've taken. Also the quality of the photos in the book are not very high. Basically, don't expect this to be a beautiful book of photography or you may be kinda disappointed. I've created a better quality product with my own vacation photos using shutterfly, so yeah, not sure what happened here

The hundreds of questions are grouped in broadly topical chapters but otherwise arranged in no particular order. They cover an astronaut's qualifications, training, and work; what it feels like to travel into space and to live there; the nature of the universe and our near-future prospects for exploring it. Jones draws on his experiences on four space shuttle flights between 1994 and 2001 for his answers, which are usually fairly lengthy, though he plainly leaves a few things out: if "NASA astronauts wait an average of five years between missions," why were his so much closer together? Will he ever go to space again? "Not if I want to stay married." Still, he often drills down to the nitty-gritty: what's in the International Space Station's tool kit? A long list, beginning with vise grips and including "a crowbar, a fiber optic boroscope, torque tip drivers." About the Author
Pierdomenico Baccalario was born in Acqui Terme, a beautiful little town in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. He grew up in the middle of the woods with his three dogs and his black bicycle.

He started writing in high school. When lessons got particularly boring, he’d pretend he was taking notes, but he was actually coming up with stories. He also met a group of friends who were crazy about role-playing games, and with them he invented and explored dozens of fantastic worlds.

He studied law at university but kept writing and began publishing novels. After he graduated, he also worked with museums and cultural projects, trying to make dusty old objects tell interesting stories. He began to travel and change horizons: Celle Ligure, Pisa, Rome, Verona...

He loves seeing new places and discovering new lifestyles, although, in the end, he always returns to the comfort of familiar ones.
